Positive: Quiet location and near to town Friendly host Well equipped kitchen Nice garden breakfast arwa Big balcony

Negative: Bed could be more comfortable- maybe mattress needs replacing View of mountains is nice but in certain rooms the immediate garden area needs some attention

Positive: The guesthouse was exceptional value for money with a spotlessly clean room and excellent kitchen and dining room set up. Although I had a shared bathroom I didn’t see anyone else for my entire stay and it was basically my own!

Negative: Little bit noisy one night but think that was a one off! It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre of Stepantsminda but given you’re here for the walking, that’s not so bad.
